DHT Holdings, Inc. Announces that Frontline's Request for a TRO has been Denied


HAMILTON, BERMUDA, April 28, 2017 - DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DHT) today announced that the High Court of the Marshall Islands has denied Frontline's request for a temporary restraining order regarding matters relating to DHT's acquisition of BW Group's VLCC fleet. The High Court issued its ruling denying Frontline's request, which Frontline filed on April 27, 2017, after hearing arguments by counsel for Frontline, DHT and BW Group. The High Court has requested that additional filings be submitted over the coming weeks, with the next scheduled hearing in the High Court planned for May 17, 2017.

HAMILTON, BERMUDA, April 27, 2017 - DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DHT) today announced that Frontline Ltd. (NYSE/OSE: FRO) will not pursue its complaint against DHT in the Supreme Court of the State of New York originally filed by Frontline on April 18, 2017. Yesterday, Frontline filed a notice of discontinuance with the New York court, dismissing the entirety of its claims, including that the previously announced transaction between DHT and BW Group Limited violated applicable law.
